    目标颤抖

    在心理学上,有一个理论,叫目标颤抖.比如,你让员工拿一根线,在距离10米处挂一个直径2米的钢圈,对员工说:"这就是你的目标,你把这根线穿过去."员工会毫不犹豫,大步流星地跑过去,一下子就把这根线穿过去了.他没有颤抖恐惧的表现.
         我们再换一个目标.拿一根非常细的绣花针来,也对员工说:"这就是你的目标.你一手拿线,一手拿针,十分之五秒之内把这根线从针眼里穿过去."这时,你会发现,他恐惧了,手也开始抖.为什么?因为目标改变了----他感觉达不到目标,在心理上有了挫折感,开始"颤抖"了.那么,紧接着,他的抵触情绪就来了----我根本就达不到,你说也白说,我不干.


       目标颤抖的大意是说,当你特别想得到某种东西,或者特别想做好某件事时,往往会因为太专注于目标,反倒得不到、做不好。 也就是说,当你特别专注于目标时,离失败也就不远了。

           当你瞄准靶心打靶时,拿枪的手可能会颤抖;当你盯着针眼引针穿线时,拿线的手可能会颤抖。平时水平很高,关键时候却发挥失常,也都是这个原因。
          唯有放松,才能做得更好!
         有些事情看得太重反而会失去。保持一颗从容、淡定的心。

    (目标性颤抖——过分将注意力放在手指上,身体所做出的一种非条件反射

    1. 穿针引线的时候,竭力想稳住双手而事与愿违。

    2. 长时间注目一个汉字,越看越不象,越看越没有把握,只好查字典验证。

    3. 困难年间,不得已,长期吃一种食物,直至伤胃。现在看见、听说或者想起这种食物就呕吐。

    4. 爱一个人,天昏地暗,时空错乱。爱到深处就会——怀疑爱人的爱,怀疑对爱人的爱。

    5. 使劲盯一幅画,盯到一定时间,眼睛的焦距不听使唤,那幅画变得面目全非,一塌糊涂。

    6. 写诗。左不是,右不是,深不是,浅不是,上不是,下不是。太入戏的结果——弄不清诗为何物,无从着笔;沦成诗奴,日夜被折磨。

    7. 久居兰室而不闻其香,久居鲍肆而不闻其臭。

    8. 博客。写日记不能涉及隐私;写时评不能耪倒敏感词;拿别人说事显得八卦;贴人物图片有可能侵犯肖像权;乱扯把子又对不起读者;到头来,博客成了炭元。

    9. 时下流行关于“幸福”标准的顺口溜:睡觉睡到自然醒,数钱数到手抽筋。舍本逐末地追求金钱,必然导致心理和行为失常。

    10. 习惯病病歪歪,浑身不自在之后,忽一日神清气爽,反而象死到临头一样忐忑不安。
